Major problems for people with cancer and living by themselves is tiredness and cooking for themselves. Cook more than you need on the days you are feeling better and freeze some for later. If kind friends drop in supplies don’t freeze food in a big portions. Freeze small servings individually. It’s great to just have snack size meals and it’s easier to grab and pop into the microwave. Freezing single serve smoothie ingredients ready for blending are easy and so quick to use.  Remember to label and date the food so you can keep track and use before it is spoiled.
