It’s common for cancer patients to experience feelings of anger, fear and worry and they can crop up at any time. Chat with family, friends or someone you feel close to rather than bottling up your thoughts.

Studies show that keeping a lid on your emotions can increase health risks.  Stress can build up and become chronic. If you need to release some steam try turning the music up loud, thumping your pillow/cushion or have a good scream or cry. Try writing yours thoughts down. Just don’t bottle it up!!
